Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Overview: We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales team. As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the corporate sector. This role requires exceptional sales leadership skills, a deep understanding of corporate sales processes, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive sales strategies targeting corporate clients, aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead Corporate Sales Team: Lead, coach, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations. Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to enhance team effectiveness.
Identify Prospects: Identify and prioritize potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities to drive sales growth.
Build Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to position our products or services effectively.
Develop Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate clients. Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Manage Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between sales team members and other departments.
Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and pipeline activity. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor progress, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the corporate sales space. Continuously research and explore new opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness and drive growth.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in corporate sales management, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of corporate sales processes, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution selling, and closing techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Certification in sales management or related field is a plus.
